INKSURE’s anti-counterfeiting technology has enabled a major metropolitan transportation authority to double its monthly sales of bus tickets. In a first-of-its-kind mass transportation security program, INKSURE was awarded a multi-year contract to supply an advanced, automatic anti-counterfeiting system for public transportation in Istanbul, Turkey.

Since the project entered its implementation phase, the Istanbul Public Transportation Authority (I.E.T.T) has not only gained full return on its initial investment, but has actually began to generate substantial incremental revenues from increased sales of genuine bus tickets.

In Odessa, the police found $300 thousand worth of smuggled cigarettes with counterfeit Ukrainian tax stamps.

The counterfeit tax stamps had a face value of $1 million.

The tax stamp security features allowed the police to identify the counterfeit cigarettes and tax stamps. Ukraine's tax stamp anti-counterfeiting security includes taggant technology produced by INKSURE.

INKSURE’s machine-readable hologram technology was selected by TTK, the Turkish Telecommunications Authority, to provide multi-layered security for wireless equipment imported into Turkey.

TTK purchased machine-readable holograms marked with INKSURE taggants. All wireless equipment imported into Turkey must have these holograms.

TTK inspectors use INKSURE’s hand held readers during random checks in distribution and retail locations to positively identify illegally imported and counterfeited components.
