Tal Gilat, President & CEO

Mr. Gilat joined INKSURE Technologies in March of 2010, bringing with him over 15 years of management experience in large and small hi-tech companies in New York and Silicon Valley.

Mr. Gilat has a proven track record in the software &  hardware security industry of increasing top and bottom line results, most recently heading SanDisk Enterprise Sales (NASDAQ: SNDK)  in North America.  Mr. Gilat joined SanDisk through the company's acquisition of publicly traded M-System (NASDAQ: FLSH), where Mr. Gilat established the company as the recognized leader in secured enterprise flash drives with a global market share of over 50%.

In 2000, Mr. Gilat successfully founded and served as CEO of Kavado Inc. (acquired by Protegrity Inc. in 2004), a global web security solutions provider. Under his leadership, KaVaDo raised over $18M from top tier investors and became the world’s premier web application firewall provider, holding second position in global web application scanner sales.

Mr. Gilat holds a BA with honors in Economics & Business Administration from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

 
David Avner, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Avner joined InkSure in August 2010 to direct and manage the company's worldwide finance and operations. In his role, Mr. Avner ensures that the company’s capital structure supports its business plans and needs, maintains a strong control and compliance environment and leads the company’s finance organization. Mr. Avner brings over 12 years of comprehensive financial experience in both small and large companies.

Prior to joining InkSure, Mr. Avner served as Chief Financial Officer at Onset Technology, a Wireless Software Company with focus on Mobile Emergency Communications and Mobile Data Loss Prevention. Prior to Onset, Mr. Avner served as a Financial Controller at Gilat Satcom, a traded Communication Company that provide Internet backbone connectivity over Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) satellites. Mr. Avner began his career at Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global, where he served as an account manager in the high-tech practice.

Mr. Avner holds a BA in Business and Accounting from the Israeli College of Management Academic Studies and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

 
Viktor Goldovsky, Ph.D Director of Sales & Business Development

Dr. Viktor Goldovsky joined InkSure in 2003 as part of the R&D team. Dr. Goldovsky has also served InkSure as the R&D Manager and today serves as the head of Director of Sales & Business Development.  Dr. Goldovsky also acts as InkSure's liaison to Eastern and Central Europe.


Dr. Goldovsky has over 40 years of experience in spectroscopy. Dr. Goldovsky started his career in Ukraine working in a government company designing and producing special spectral analyzers. From 1991 to 1999 Dr. Goldovsky founded and served as CEO of an international design and production company that specialized in spectral analyzers. From 1999 to 2002 Dr. Goldovsky worked for Accubeat designing optical blocks for atomic clocks.


Dr. Goldovsky joined InkSure after a brief sabbatical at the Weizmann Institute of Science in order to expand the company's production and sales efforts in Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of the Independent States (CIS).  Dr. Goldovsky has spearheaded many of InkSure's largest projects including the Ukrainian tax stamp project.


Dr. Goldovsky holds more than 20 patents and a M.Sc. in Radiophysics and electronics from Uzhgorod State University and a Ph.D in optics and spectroscopy from the Institute of Spectroscopy Academy of Sciences in Moscow.

 
Brian Reagan, Director of Operations, North America

Mr. Reagan joined InkSure in 2004 to head the company’s North American Operations. Mr. Reagan has 25 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing and Customer Support for the Electronics Manufacturing, Security and Loss Prevention industries. Mr. Reagan’s experience includes Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Program Management, Operations and Technical Customer Support.

Prior to joining InkSure Mr. Reagan was Vice President of Implementation and Customer Service at GeoFocus in Boca Raton, Florida.  Prior to that Mr. Reagan worked for The Panda Project a Computer Manufacturer in Boca Raton, Florida. Before that Mr. Reagan worked at Computer Products, a Manufacturer of Process Monitoring and Control Equipment for the Nuclear Industry.  Prior to that while at Sensormatic Electronics (now owned by TYCO) Mr. Reagan Managed the Quality Assurance department for a global provider of Security and Loss Prevention Equipment.

Mr. Reagan attended Rutgers University and has Physics background. His experience at Rutgers also includes a staff position in the High Energy Physics Department where he worked on particle research experiments at Fermi Lab in Chicago, The Cornell Accelerator and Brookhaven National Lab.

 
David Wallace, Director of Sales, North America

Mr. Wallace joined InkSure in 2009 to head the company's sales operations in North America. Mr. Wallace has almost ten years of experience in covert security products and over 25 years of experience in the printing and ink industry. Mr. Wallace's experience includes exposure to sales, product development and operations.  

After 12 years in the packaging and specialty ink fields, Mr. Wallace joined National Label in 1995 helping develop new products utilizing conductive, thermo chromic and security printing inks.  In 2002 Mr. Wallace joined Calyx LLC selling counterfeit protection inks to the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Wallace served Calyx LLC as Director of Security Inks and later as the V.P. Operations.  

Mr. Wallace holds a Business Administration degree from Pennsylvania State University.
