Yaron Meerfeld
Acting CEO, COO, and Board Member
Mr. Meerfeld, based in Tel Aviv, Israel, was appointed acting Chief Executive Officer and will also retain his positions as Chief Operating Officer and Director of InkSure. Mr. Meerfeld joined InkSure in November 2001. Prior to that he developed expertise in authentication and multi-layered security systems as Managing Director of Kromotek, Inc. and as the Vice President for Sales and Marketing at SuperCom Ltd.  Mr. Meerfeld holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Business from Bar Ilan University and an M.B.A. from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

David W. Sass
Board Member
David W. Sass a director since July 1995 in various companies. For the past 42 years, Mr. Sass has been a practicing attorney in New York City and is currently a senior partner in the law firm of McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, a Director of ICTS International NV and an honorary trustee of Ithaca College. He is also a director of BarPoint.com, Inc., an online and wireless product information and shopping service provider. He is also corporate secretary of Pioneer Commercial Funding Corp.

Pierre Schoenheimer
Board Member
Mr. Schoenheimer is the Managing Director of Radix Organization, Inc., a private investment banking firm, which he founded in 1970. He is also the Chairman of LDJ Resources, Inc., a family investment corporation; the Chairman of Plampton, Ltd., a personal investment company, which he founded in May 1999; and a director of Atelier
4, a logistics firm specializing in the care and transport of fine art and antiquities, which he joined in November 2005. From January 1998 until December 2005, Mr. Schoenheimer was a Principal of Radix Capital Management, LLC a General Partner in the Austin Capital & Radix Sterling Fund, Ltd., a Fund of Hedge Funds, which he also co-founded. From 1979 until June 1995, he was the Chairman of Radix Ventures, Inc. (OTC), an international Customhouse Broker and Freight Forwarder, which merged into Air Express International (NASDAQ), a global logistics provider, which was then subsequently bought by Deutsche Post. Mr. Schoenheimer received his B.A. from the New England College B.A. (1953), his M.S. in Business from Columbia University (1972) and participated in the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard University (1986-88)

Randy Rock
Board Member

Mr. Rock has over 25 years of investment experience in capital-raising, complex restructuring and advisory services for a broad range of companies, both in size and industry.  Before joining G.C. Andersen Partners in 2004, Mr. Rock was a Managing Director at Ryan Beck & Co. for five years where he co-founded the Middle-Market Investment Banking Group.  He also served as a member of the firm's Commitment, Fairness Opinion, and Private Placement Committees.  Prior to joining Ryan Beck, Mr. Rock was a Managing Director at Josephthal & Co. Inc. and from 1990 to 1996 was a Managing Director at Prudential Securities.  At Prudential, he served as head of the Restructuring Group and was a key advisor in major bankruptcies such as Integrated Resources, Lomas Financial Services, TransWorld Airlines, Eastern Airlines and PanAm.  He also served as a member of Prudential's Fairness Opinion Committee.  Mr. Rock began his career practicing venture capital and securities law at Reavis & McGrath.  After five years as an attorney, Mr. Rock moved to Drexel Burnham Lambert, specializing in highly structured leveraged financings and recapitalizations for many of the firm's leverage buyout clients.  Mr. Rock received a BA, cum laude, from Columbia College and a JD from the Columbia University School of Law.

Gadi Peleg
Board Member
Mr. Peleg is the managing director of Cape Investment Advisors. His career has been marked by leadership positions in technology and sales for Oracle Corporation, and Cognos Corporation. He is also the Director of Atelier 4, a shipping and transportation company that specializes in fine art and antiquities.
Mr. Peleg holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Owner/President's Management Program.

Tzlil Peker
Chief Financial Officer of InkSure Technologies
Mr. Peker joined InkSure in May 2008.For the past seven years, Mr. Peker has provided CFO/ Financial services for a group of high tech start-up companies operating in the Telecommunications, Cellular and IT global markets. In this position, Mr.Peker has had overall responsibility for all financial functional areas. Prior to his most recent position, Mr. Peker served as Finance Director of Mercury Interactive in Israel where he managed the finance team in Israel and the Pacific Rim. Mr. Peker also held positions at OptiMedia Ltd., a software developer of e-publishing solutions, where he served as CFO and at IBM Israel, where he served as Chief Accountant for several years.
Mr. Peker is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel).  He holds a B.A. Degree in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Edinburgh Business College branch in Israel. 

Viktor Goldovsky
Ph.D Director of sales & Business Development
Mr. Goldovsky joined InkSure in 2003 as the Optics & Materials R&D Manager and to expand the companies sales efforts in Eastern Europe and the Community of the Independent States. Mr.  Goldovsky holds more than 20 patents and has earned a M.Sc. in Radiophysics and Electronics from Uzhgorod State University,USSR and a PhD in Optics and Spectroscopy from the Institute of Spectroscopy Academy of Sciences USSR, Moscow.


Ehud Zorea
InkSure R&D Manager
Zorea has joined InkSure in March 2007 as R&D Manager and System Engineer of the RFID project. Zorea conducts all system design of the RFID reader and personnel management of the R&D team. Prior to InkSure he developed expertise in Radars technology in the Israeli Aircraft Industries (IAI)  as a Radar Engineer since 2002. He holds a B.Sc. in Computers and Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
